OBJECTIVES / GOALS
- To transfer innovative professional technical skills to new graduates in the fields of study of “AFM,” “Graphics and Communication,” “Information Technology and Telecommunications,” and “Audiovisual and Multimedia.”
- Ensure foreign on-the-job training paths for beneficiaries that can transfer soft skills(entrepreneurship, initiative, creativity, etc.) and sectoral languages;
- Innovate cultural and creative professions and related educational pathways (formal and non-formal) in order to reform the Educational Offerings and offer specialized pathways;
- Enable Mobility Consortium members to gain a full European dimension by fostering mobility support tools and full internationalization at the territorial level;
- Build stable bridges between cultural and creative sectors, tourism, research and the digital world, emphasizing the sustainability typical of cultural and creative sectors;
- Update the Regional Directory of Qualifications and vocational upgrading pathways structured by consortium companies.
